The purpose of this page is to provide you with tips and tricks on how to use my website. My intent is to make your visit to my Art Gallery a pleasant experience.

Shopping screen

I have really tried to make my shopping screen easy to use. I had to balance ease of use and giving my customers the ability to customize my art to fit their specific needs and decor. As such, I have limitied some of the opions in the spirt of simplification. I work with one of the premier photo labs in the United States and they have many more options than are available on my website. Please contact me if you are not quite getting exactly what you are looking for. If you are looking to frame a larger image, please contact me and I will help you. I will work with you to discuss all available options.

Fine Art Prints are my Open Edition series. You can select from several different print mediums to customize my art to your own personal taste. For some of my art, there wiil also be a Limited Editon Metal Print available.
You will find Limited Edition Metal Prints here of the same image. If a Limited Edition is available, it will be shown here.
The Print Medium tab is where you can select how you would like my art printed. You may customize to meet your own personal taste. If you are looking for something more than you see here, just contact me I can work with you to customize a piece just for you.
I have pre-chosen several sizes that best fit each specific image. Contact me if you need a specific size that is not shown.
Print styles are where you select options on how the finished art will look. Items on this tab depend on the Print Medium and Print Size tabs.
If you slect Framed Prints on the Print Styles tab (5) this tab will be present. Select your matting and framing options here. There are often more than one page for frame selection. I can also offer several other framing options that are not shown here. Just contact me.

Wall Preview is a great way to see what my art will look like in your home. It is particularly useful in selecting the right size. See the Wall preview section below for more details.
Live Preview AR is an amazing tool that will allow you to use your camera phone to see my art in your home. See the LIve Preview section below for more details.
As you brouse my Gallery, you san save your favorits and see them all together. It is also useful when you re-visit my Gallery.
This is a great feature where you can send a friend a email with a link to a specific image. This is particularly useful when you want to share one of my images with your spouse or significant other.

Wall Preview

The Wall Preview Tool is shown below. It allows you to see how different image sizes will look in your home and it gives you an idea of how an image will look in different settings. The Wall Preview tool has three controls to help you select art for your home.

Wall Color: One of the great features in the Wall Preview tool is the color picker. It allows you to pick your own wall color (current or future) so that you can see what the image will look like with your color scheme.
Size: Picking the right size for art is critically important. The right size will give art a WOW factor. If it's too small, it can get lost. Try different sizes to see what works best for you.
Room: There are several rooms to choose from to give you an idea how an image will look in different settings.

Live Preview AR

I love this cutting edge technology for a Virtual Art Gallery. This tool allows you to use the camera on your mobile phone or tablet to see how my art will look in your home. You can access the Live Preview AR tool from the Wall Preview tool or the Shopping Page (#12 above). This tool is best used from a tablet or mobile phone. Here is how you use it.

The best way to use this tool is to go to my site and select a picture to view on your tablet or mobile phone. Select the Live Preview tool and my website will ask for access to your camera. My image will now be on your camera screen.
Point your camera at a wall and you will see how my image will look in your home. For proper sizing, you need to stand about 10 feet away from the wall to achieve proper size scaling.
You can also start this feature from a computer. Again, my website will ask for access to your computer camera. At this point you will see yourself on the screen. There will be a dialog box to enter your email and my website will send you an email with a link to the Live Preview tool.
Go to your mobile phone or tablet and retrieve the email. Then follow steps 1 & 2 above. Warning, the email can sometimes be slow to arrive and I really recommend just using your mobile phone or tablet straightaway.

Favorites & Create an Account

If you create an account, you will have the ability to save your favorites and my site will remember who you are, which will make your visits to my gallery even more enjoyable. Just so you know, I never sell any of your personal information. See my Privacy Policy for more details.
